Scott Magoon: Hi, this is Scott Magoon, most of the time anyway. See, my real name is Wayland, but I go by Scott, and my oldest friends and family call me Scottie. As for my last name, Magoon, well, it's a name from Scotland and it's a variation of McGowan. With a name like Magoon, there are bound to be some good nicknames for me back when I was in school, Loon Moon, Goonie, or just plain Goon to name the most popular. I think Magoon is a great name to have for children's books, don't you?
