Diane Stanley: I'm Diane Stanley. I've always liked my name because I think it's a little unusual but not too unusual, and it's easy to pronounce and spell. There was one exception to that. Back when I was about 12 years old, I decided that I didn't like my name and I wanted to change it. There was a TV show that was popular at the time called My Little Margie. So I decided that I would changed my name to Margie. And of course I couldn't just spell it M-A-R-G-I-E. I had to spell it M-A-R-J-I, because it was different. And strangely enough, the school allowed me to become Marji Stanley and it's on my record for quite a long time, until I finally got over it and went back to Diane and I've pretty much liked it ever since.
