Susan Goldman Rubin: Hello, my name is Susan Goldman Rubin. But, that's not my real last name. When I was growing up, my last name was Moldof. Nobody outside the family knew how to spell it right. We would say to people, "M-O-L-D as in David, F as in Fish. One F, not two." People would misspell it anyway, and say, "Moldorf," instead of Moldof. So, when I grew up and became a published writer, I decided to use my married name, Goldman. Then, when I remarried and became Mrs. Rubin, I added that on. So, if you want to know my whole name, including my middle name, it's Susan Kay Moldof Goldman Rubin. Now, I think I should have stuck with Moldof for my books because it's so unusual.
