Presented annually at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair, this award pro motes the best books in terms of graphic and editorial design. In 2010, along with Fiction, Nonfiction, and New Horizons categories, a new category called Opera Prima, honoring the works of new authors and illustrators, was introduced.
