This is a nonfiction children book about the author Antione de Saint-Exupery, the author of The Little Prince. The picture book begins when he was child and how he was adventurous and curious. Saint-Exupery enjoyed listening to stories his mother told him, to the point he would follow her with a chair to listen. The love of listening to stories goes in parr with love of adventure. He became captivated with exploring, and that led to his love of airplanes, because it allowed him to travel. The book tells Saint-Exupery's experience and what led him to write what is now considered a children's classic, The Little Prince, and how he wrote it during a time when he was lost and wanting to return back to childhood. The book ends with a quote from The Little Prince and how it is one of his most beloved books.
